- I have the same situation, pulse at home, and 2nd number to dial which
- is tone. Here is what I use on my Motorola Power 28.8 (Rev 2 firmware
- required for this modem as Rev 1 and 0 wouldn't wait for 2nd dialtone
- correctly - Rev 2 does it perfectly :-)

- \ \ \--- Specify Tone dialing from here on.
- \ \---- Wait for 2nd dialtone.
- \-------------- Specify Pulse dialing to start.
-
- The 555-5678 is an example phone number (not real)
- The 8-555-1234 is an example secondary access number (not real)
-
- Note: Here is a trick if your dialing program doesn't allow you to
- select pulse dialing. Just start your phone number with 'p' as
- in p555-5678. Most modems will be happy to be told Tone and then
- Pulse without any problems.
